bringing drinks to life

My working visit to the EUVS http://www.euvs.org on the Ile de Bendor is coming to an end and after 16 days it is with mixed feelings that I will be departing. If I never see that cube again, I will die a happy man and I will be happy to wake up tomorrow knowing that I wont have to lift anymore large boxes packed with bottles. That being said it has been an amazing experience and my respect for this project is immense.

don't panic, I haven't managed to destroy the museum (yet) although there have been some interesting moments over the last couple of days!

So I have been offered this wonderful opportunity to spend some time on Patrick Ricard's island (one of them... what can I say?) and do some work at the EUVS (Exposition Universelle des Vins et Spiritueux) or the booze museum if we were to use layman's terms, and after a not uncomfortable journey, (thanks to Myles booking us in first class all the way) I am here in the sunny south of France getting a taste for what this place has to offer.
